I have been consistently following my exercise routine and gradually increasing my cardio. I currently weigh 115 kg, am 183 cm tall, and have a body fat percentage of around 34-35%.

Over the past five weeks, I have been going to the gym Monday to Friday from 5:30 to 6:15 a.m. My workouts mainly focus on strength training with compound movements. In addition to this, I also take two walks per day, ensuring I hit a goal of 10,000-12,000 steps daily. Recently, I have started incorporating running into my routine and completed my first 2.5 km run with a few breaks in between. My aim is to run 3-4 times a week, on top of my daily walks.

In terms of nutrition, I consume about 2,300 calories per day and prioritize getting 215-230g of protein. However, I have some uncertainties regarding my calorie intake. According to calculators, I should be consuming around 2,576 calories a day and aiming for 230g of protein, if not more. Despite this, I haven’t seen much change in my weight based on my body composition scale, and progress seems to be slow. Am I expecting too much too soon? I would greatly appreciate any advice! 😀
