Hey there,

For the past three months, I have been faithfully going to the gym about three to four times a week for an hour each session. However, to my dismay, I have actually noticed that I have gained weight instead of shedding it. Just today, I weighed myself and was shocked to see that I am currently at 93kg (205lbs!).

I am a 19-year-old female, standing at 5’5″. While I do acknowledge that I have some belly fat, I can’t help but wonder why I weigh so much. I don’t consider myself to be morbidly obese based on my appearance.

I do suspect that my diet may be playing a role in this unexpected weight gain. Although I wouldn’t say that I eat excessively, I have been a bit careless with my food choices. However, this has genuinely become a significant concern for me. It’s been on my mind constantly, and I have even started skipping meals out of worry.

I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions you may have regarding this matter. I am open to all recommendations that could potentially help me with my weight concerns. It’s really starting to affect me emotionally, and I want to find a solution as soon as possible.
